For a Los Angeles storage request, start with your goods and timeline rather than assuming every warehouse accepts the same products or provides the same access. Availability and the proposed scope need to be confirmed before delivery is arranged.
Describe the pallet, not just the quantity
Two shipments with the same pallet count can have different requirements. Record the loaded dimensions and weight, including the pallet and packaging. Explain whether loads can be stacked, whether cartons overhang the base and whether goods need unusual environmental or handling conditions.
Give an accurate goods description. Do not assume that food, regulated goods, hazardous materials or temperature-sensitive products are accepted. The team needs to confirm suitability and any requirements before offering a plan.
